You may have notice that over the last five days you’ve been having trouble logging onto our website and scheduling yourself online. *Download current Schedule (Summer 2011)
I’d like to fill you all in on what we have been experiencing with our client software. We use a company called MindBody Online. Starting last Thursday their site was being attacked by an outside force that was overwhelming their servers. This prevented all of the legitimate MBO clients from accessing their database. From what we have been told the attackers have not accessed any client information, they are just being unkind in slowing down our access.
I know that MBO is working tirelessly in order to fix this. I understand that it is frustrating. Please be patient and send them love and compassion as they do everything they can to fix this problem. Out of the five years I have been working with this company, this is the first real problem that has ever gotten through their system and had an impact on our company and clients.

Join a yoga class. You’ll find the right one for your schedule and your lifestyle. We offer group yoga classes seven days a week, as well as private yoga lessons by appointment. When you attend a class at Green Mountain Yoga, you can be confident that our instructors will offer an experience that is special and suitable for you.
A few things to remember before attending a class:
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class
- Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
- Allow at least 2 hours to pass after meals before practicing yoga
- Mats and other props are available for your use if you don’t have your own
- All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes, unless otherwise specified
- Bring water and a towel
- Inform your instructor of any injuries or health conditions
- Empty your bladder and bowels before class begins
- Have fun and smile
