
Yoga Classes
Join a yoga class. You’ll find the right one for your schedule and your lifestyle. We offer group yoga classes seven days a week, as well as private yoga lessons by appointment. When you attend a class at Green Mountain Yoga, you can be confident that our instructors will offer an experience that is special and suitable for you.
A few things to remember before attending a class:
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class
- Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
- Allow at least 2 hours to pass after meals before practicing yoga
- Mats and other props are available for your use if you don’t have your own
- All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes, unless otherwise specified
- Bring water and a towel
- Inform your instructor of any injuries or health conditions
- Empty your bladder and bowels before class begins
- Have fun and smile
