You’ll find a wide range of classes, including All Levels Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga for Weight Loss and Toning, Bliss Yoga, and much more.

Class Descriptions

Intro to Yoga: FREE, 45 minute introductory yoga class to get your questions answered, experience a sampling of yoga and find out what an amazing difference yoga can make in your life.

Yoga Basics: This class will introduce students to basic postures & breath techniques while combining warm-ups, traditional basic postures & guided deep relaxation to reduce stress and increase overall well-being.

Yoga Class Up DogAll Levels Yoga: Designed for a wide range of ability levels, this class is appropriate for nearly everyone, including beginners. This class is tailored to fit the needs of those who attend.

Yoga for Weight Loss & Toning: A fun class filled with strong, yet simple movements meant to strengthen and tone the body. We practice poses to open chakras, inviting our bodies to lose weight. All levels welcome. (With weights includes a 4 lb. body bar.)

Bliss Yoga: A slower-paced class to sooth and restore with focus on the breath, deep stretches, stress releif, body alignment, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation. Primarily practiced on the floor. Anyone wanting more bliss in their life is welcome.

Power Yoga: Elevate your heart rate and your spirit with Power Yoga. This is a quick-paced, flowing class that is filled with strong, powerful movements and poses. Some yoga experience is suggested.

Childs Pose CircleSunrise Yoga: Welcome the new day with a flowing class to energize the body and the mind. A great way to prepare for a busy day. All levels welcome. This class is one hour long.

Happy Hour Yoga: Start your weekend off right with a fun, light-hearted yoga class, designed for all levels. No cocktails served, but there will be plenty of smiles and stress relief. A great way to wind down the work week.

Kundalini Yoga: A yogic technology based on, and understanding, the natural science of the human body. It is the discipline of the power of awareness and how the nerves, glandular system, blood, muscles, and organs all work together. Generally includes asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra.

Yoga for Athletes: A class filled with powerful moves meant to gain strength and flexibility for the sports and activities you enjoy. A challenging class that includes inversions, arm balances, and lots of strength! Some yoga experience suggested.

Yoga for Lunch: Yoga for lunch is an all levels class designed to help you restore your energy, reset your mind and energize your body. Join us for a dynamic class integrating traditional Hatha Yoga postures with creative flows, conscious breathing, stretching and relaxation. Give yourself a mid-day boost and spend your lunch hour on the mat.

Chakra Flow Yoga: This moderately paced yoga flow class is infused with an energetic exploration of the chakra system (energy centers of the body). The chakra flow practice is refined with detailed instruction in specific asana and pranayama techniques, and cultivating awareness in deep meditation.

Playing with Your Practice: This class is rooted in movement and principles of alignment. This class is designed for growth at all levels by eloquently threading the foundations of practice with fresh perspectives on fundamental and advanced posturing, accessible to the beginner as well as challenging to the seasoned practitioner. Learn techniques to improve your overall practice and work into new postures.
Vinyasa Flow: It is said throughout the history of Yoga that optimal benefits are most often realized through an early morning practice. This class is placed at an ideal time to gently wake your body and set the intention for the day through a graceful asana practice. Come join this luscious vinyasa flow and feel for yourself how your days become transformed!
