Join a yoga class. You’ll find the right one for your schedule and your lifestyle. We offer group yoga classes seven days a week, as well as private yoga lessons by appointment. When you attend a class at Green Mountain Yoga, you can be confident that our instructors will offer an experience that is special and suitable for you.

- All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes unless otherwise noted.
- Inform your teacher of any injuries or health conditions and if you are
newer to yoga. - Allow at least 2 hours to pass after meals before practicing yoga.
- We have mats & props available for your use.
