Arvada’s Premier Studio Celebrates It’s 4th Birthday with Free Food, Drinks, and a Yoga Class to Live Music!
Arvada, CO, April 17, 2009 – Green Mountain Yoga, Arvada’s premier yoga studio, is proud to be celebrating their 4th birthday and recognize their success with a free public party. The celebration is on Friday, April 17th, from 5:00-8:30 PM. The studio is located at 8566 Five Parks Drive in the Five Parks Community. Green Mountain Yoga’s owner, Mindy Arbuckle, will teach a free class from 5:00 – 6:15 PM with live music performed by SPHEREAL. An open house to follow from 6:30-8:30 PM with food, drinks, free chair massage and special discounts. Everyone is welcome and it’s “Yoga for ANY body!”
Green Mountain Yoga Studio is one of the most beautiful yoga studios in northwest Denver metro’s area, which is located with a view of the beautiful Colorado foothills. Green Mountain Yoga has a top of the line boutique specializing in yoga clothing, props, jewelry, music, books, yogic greeting cards and artwork. They also provide a full service yoga studio offering group classes 7 days a week, private lessons by appointment, Yoga Alliance approved teacher training and recently added group programs. These specialized group programs were developed for Corporations, Schools, Retirement Communities, Hospitals and Dance Studios to help their members become more productive and increase performance and well being for optimal health.
Mindy and Brian Arbuckle opened Green Mountain Yoga in April of 2005. The studio has grown to 14 instructors, and over 30 classes with 15 different class styles.
