GMY Cares December Shipment
Thank you for all the support you have shown this month for GMY Cares, Green Mountain Yoga’s project cheering our servicemen and women in Iraq and Afghanistan with care packages full of treats from home. For the month of December, we mailed six care packages, 90 pounds worth, full of snacks, toiletries, playing cards, and tons of books to a Transportation Unit from Colorado stationed in Afghanistan. These care packages should reach the troops by Christmas and were all donated completely by you, the students and community of Green Mountain Yoga!
Should you happen to personally know a member of the armed forces stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan whose unit might enjoy receiving care packages, please contact us with their address. We’d love to specifically support the friends and family members of our community.
