Yoga Challenge Success Stories
April was a huge month of celebrations for Green Mountain Yoga’s 5 year anniversary. One of the ways we celebrated was with our “Ultimate Yoga Challenge”. We offered the challenge of taking 30 yoga classes in the 30 days of April. Our clients took this challenge and ran with it! We were impressed with the commitment and enthusiasm you all portrayed.
We had 43 people register for the challenge. Of those 43, 16 people made it all the way to 30! Another 11 people made it to at least 20 classes in April. The student that came to the most classes was Bri Davis! She attended 45 classes in April! Great job Bri! All the people who made it to the finish line of the challenge with at least 30 classes were:
- Bri Davis
- Vince Madison
- Kendra Davis
- Marianna Madison
- Charlotte Nick
- Kerry Parry
- Brenda Simon
- Eva Lowe
- Anne Tell
- Tracy Nolan
- Rose Hill
- Ilene Moore
- Elaine brooks
- Shantel Wilcox
- Pam Cook
- Jodi Keim
Congratulations to all our participants!
The stories that I’ve heard of how this challenge has truly effected our clients’ lives has been inspiring. Some felt a greater ease in their postures, others told me their immune systems are so much stronger (not getting sick and normal seasonal allergies aren’t strong this year). Others have told m that they are more calm and peaceful.
I would like to hear from you all about the things in your practice and your lives that have shifted or changed as a result of your regular yoga practice in April. Did anything come to you in your life or open up for you because of this challenge?
Please leave a comment on our blog to share your success story from our Ultimate Yoga Challenge. No success is too big or small to share.
Thank you for all your hard work in April. As Yogi Bhajan likes to say:
“Keep up and you’ll be kept up.”
