Yoga for Students
Yoga at school can help your students increase focus and develop a deeper level of confidence, each a component of the way children learn. Green Mountain Yoga offers after school programs for elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. You determine the frequency of classes; we’ll help you develop a program that fits your students’ age and activity level. We’ll come to you, supplying one of our skilled instructors and offering yoga props for purchase at a discounted rate. We offer safe and fun classes that will help improve your students’ physical and mental health.

Yoga for Athletes
Specifically designed for high school athletic departments, Green Mountain Yoga can help your athletes continue their training program throughout the year. Yoga is a great way to prevent injuries, build strength, and balance in the off-season. There are two options, we can set up classes at your gym or your athletes can visit our studio for discounted rates on Green Mountain Yoga classes and services.
