The heat from the stones warms and relaxes the muscles, improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Beth truly believes massage is a necessity for the body AND mind. By taking time for yourself, you are increasing the body’s healing time and improving overall wellness. AMBER STEVENS, Massage Therapist – Amber believes our bodies and our minds are our greatest source of well being. If given the right tools – whole nutrition, exercise and massage – the body can heal and be healthy. She approaches massage with this holistic view in mind. Aching and bound muscles are a body’s way of telling us it is out of balance, and she strives to bring that balance back. This requires an understanding of the whole person – work, life, needs, wants – to nurture our body’s greatest power.
