Top 3 Reasons to Take the 230 Hour Training:

1. Intensive training program allows you to dramatically speed your yoga learning curve – learn more in 4 months than in 5 years. It’s like concentrating 5 years of general physical yoga training into 4 months.

2. You want to get more out of your current yoga training. You’re not necessarily interested in speed, but you are interested in deepening your experience through asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and yogic philosophy.

3. You want to teach yoga to others.
